TELKOM'S NEW THEFT STRATEGY
For the prices Telkom charges us here in South Africa for services, you would think that they would actually take care of their clients, but instead they hired *********** staff (cheap uns****ed) at their call centers (these uns****ed staff that don't care about the clients, but only about their salaries). I had a relocation request put in on the 29/10/2019, spoke to a Xolani Blessing, he captured what information he needed from me and assured me the relocation of service will be done. I emailed Telkom on the 19/11/2019 (as my service was not relocated) only to find out that no request was put through, I was asked to contact 10213, which I did, the request was located an employee Aubrey (reference number 377926), but he stated that although the request was captured, it was not submitted. Now although this is a professional error on Telkom's part they refuse to except responsibility, that makes this not fair to the consumer (Telkom is responsible for the their staff's shortcomings as the staff act on behalf of Telkom, by the authority given to them by Telkom) do bare in mind I still have no-service, but I have to pay for the entire amount due, although it was their "staff's error". I would like to hear Telkom's response to what I have said in this review, but knowing this company they probably they won't "give a damn", but at least this message will get out to public (ie.Telkom only cares about the money you pay them and not you - and their inferior staff is a JOKE).
