Telkom's new slogan: we promise a service but you will never get it in this life

after numerous calls to Telkom's call centre, waiting almost and hour every time i call, the feedback i got is we will escalate your request and forward it to the right department. its been 84 days and i am still waiting for internet access at home. When i call them i get the same story (we do not have a port for you). *** ,whoever is reading this do yourself a favour don't ever try to get a Telkom line or internet access. You mite end up in the same situation i am facing, requesting a service and wait till you die before you get the service from telkom. The weird thing about it is not even a review on Hellopeter will get you service from telkom so guys don't waist your time. Telkom just need to be replaced by a private company or something to help the people of SA.
