Telkoms never cancels

I have been emailing Telkom since May to cancel a business line, every time someone just responds and passed the buck but no one is actioning the cancellation, I have been asking for cancellation and credit, if I stop paying my other liens will be suspended but they don't care, I am in Canada so I cannot call anyone and rely on electronic communication...
