Telkom's network can place you in the most dangerous situation

With all the troubles we are facing of human trafficking and kidnapping that always leaves us in fear you need to be connected at all times but that is sooo difficult with Telkom you can have all the data in the world but because of their *********** network you can get lost without a trace, I needed to send my current location ASAP case of emergency but I couldn't because Telkom's network was down not for a few minutes but for a whole 2 days and it's not the 1st time and the service seems to be getting WORSE
