Telkom's negligence is causing me reputational harm!!!

I cancelled my contract on the 15th of October 2019. Telkom kept on deducting my monthly installment until March, when I phoned my bank to cancel the stop order.

I phoned them numerous times in between and no action was taken. They have since handed me over to Nudebt and it now negatively impacts my credit rating.

Telkom owes me money and now they have done reputational harm to me.

Yesterday I went in again to check what is going on and still no action has been taken. My case number is ***1.

I think it is unacceptable that I should bear the grunt of their negligence!
