Telkoms messing with my money

Telkoms been making numerous mistakes with debits in my account and I've beeeeen calling about this, im really frustrated with the way telkoms been making excuses as to why im still not refunded whilst they can clearly see that the money is with them. Im really not happy with telkom. I don't think the consultants give out sufficient information to clients and at the end of the day, we as clients suffer and all we get is a lousy apology kodwa bona they will penalize us each time a debit bounces... im so annoyed
