Telkom's mediocre service

Hi. We upgraded our wifi account with telkom in January 2018 to the uncapped 10mb package for r799. It was suppose to come with the Android media box and a 2 gig data simcard. To date we havnt received the media box or aim card even after going in to telkom Musgrave and leaving our details for delivery. The excuse is always no stock. I am fed up of waiting and currently we are paying for dstv and this account as we are waiting for the box. Their service delivery is pathetic and I'm seriously thinking of cancelling all deals with telkom based of breach of contract.
