Telkom's managers refuse to help and give me back my money

Hi all, I have never Recieved good service from Telkom, for the past 2 months I've been charge R104 extra, I've spoke to an agent Kamo who is the so call shop centre in dawn park who gave me his managers number Gugu, who rarely replies, can someone call me ASAP I am very upset in this regards
