Telkom's MAFIA STYLE OF BUSINESS .

Hello Peter, 1. I was informed by my bank that I am black listed for an outstanding amount from Telkom even thou I closed the account.( proof on hand). 2. I have logged my dispute on the 12the June 2018 , for a line that was paid up and closed ( ported). 3. I called again on the 27th June to follow up ,I was on the line with Telkom for 45mins to be told nothing has been done and the issue is still opened. Now it will be escalated, will take 3days. 4. I was told to call again today to see if this is resolved , only to be informed the issue is still opened and now it will be sent direct to indirect for a solution. 5. In the mean time I am blacked listed and cannot get the loan from my bank due to Telkom poor systems not showing that my phone line was closed but I am still be billed for data. 6. Telkom is dragging its feet to correct their error and has no empathy for the disruption to their clients lives and harm it is causing me. Thamlin Govender Telkom Ref. ********** 9
