Telkom's Lying tactics

Telkom they called and offer their services, come time to pay, I got the Suprise of my lifetime, The amounts where I don't know where they come from on my statement. It doesn't end there. the amount on my statement is not the same as the amount on my SMS reminder and the amount I was told to settle on our telephonic conversation with them. i would never recommend Telkom to anyone.
