Telkom's LTE is a joke.

Telkom LTE is a joke. I was promised a 50mb line. The ***** at telkom use woads like guaranteed, uncapped they do not understand what these words mean. I struggle to reach to 10mb, constant issues with this service dropping, buffering. When youtube drops to 144p you know the service is ****. I am so tired of this useless company and speaking to a call centre that has escalated the issue several times.(They also do not know what this word means). Telkom have sent independent companies to my house to check the router and signal and the answer is always the there is nothing wrong. The problem is either with telkoms backend systems or they have oversubscribed the service. Why should I be paying for a service I don receive, is that not theft?
