Telkom's Lies

Telkom sucks.

They send me messages about monice and their offers however when trying to access it, I can't. I have 3 Telkom freeme contracts. I have access to monice on 2 and not on one. When enquiring via Telkom chat I speed up ke to Mpho who advised that nothing can be done. When questioning her, at 1 point she raised her voice, which wasn't fitting for a service consultant. This is false advertising as I have received sms's about monice on the number in question however am unable to access it. The excuse is that these offers are system generated and no offers are assigned to this number. Surely someone can assign it. I believe that this could have been avoided if Telkom does what they say they do. I've been a Telkom subscriber for quiet some time now and have a few contracts with them. This is not how you treat your loyal customers.
