Telkom's left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing.

I wanted to switch ISP from Afrihost to Telkom. Days past and absolutely no communication from Telkom. Suddenly, on logging into my Telkom profile (which I have due to my Telkom Mobile), my order number changed from Pending to Solved???? I'm still sitting without Fibre connection and internet. How is this solved.
