Telkoms lack of service

A device was sent to me under false pretenses. I could not get hold of anyone and when I finally did they said no problem they will collect the device and stop the upgrade. This morning I received an invoice with a new amount when I was told it would not be upgraded and the device will be collected. It has been 2weeks of back and forth nonsense in emails with me constantly explaining the story and emailing them everything ncluding the IMEI number of the device and nobody wants to pick up a phone to phone courier it in Durban to collect the device that they admit was sent to me under false pretenses. The service is revolting and all I want is for the device to be collected and the upgrade reversed which they agreed upon.
