Telkoms IT'S ALWAYS OFF service

Can SOMEONE PLEASE complete my order......... I have a fibre line, I have the router and all its good for right now is a paper weight. As far as I can tell the only thing stopping me connecting to really fast fibre is that the order has NOT been marked as complete. WHY??????
