Telkom's Integrated SIM Myth

7 Sept 2017: App**** for my SIM at the Telkom Shop, Garden Route Mall. Telkom lost interest in trying to get the SIM to work 3 Oct 2017: Reported the matter on HelloPeter and was given the reference number AI ********** . Still no progress. 14 Nov 2017: Again reported the matter on HelloPeter but still no progress and no response.

Telkom does not seem to be interested in their very poor "Average rating of 1.70 from 58,577 reviews".
