telkoms inefficiencies

telkoms accounts are never on time, then you try to link to the portal andd that doesnt work either. 2 months ago it took telkom 1 week to link my account to their portal and they only bothered bcos I posted it on helo peter. finally they linked the account. The very next month the account cannot be accessed on the portal. now the line is suspended once again and telkom keeps referring you to all the different departments with no joy. How does this company still operate so inefficiently?
