Telkom’s inconvenience

I unknowingly missed a debit order last month-no notifications. Just got double debited, fair, but they cut off my WIFI after and I’m told this will be up to 7-14 days. Even though they can see their collectors have the money, “they must wait for it to reflect on their side” which will take so long. Ridiculous, why? Now I’ve paid full for half a month? And sit with the problem of no wifi for work for who knows how long. Will not recommend Telkom. This is not my first issue.
