Telkom's incompetency!

In April 2020 Telkom got rid of their copper lines and left us with no Telkom line. We received an SMS today saying that we owe them R400 for 2 months rental of a NONEXISTENT Telephone line otherwise they will suspend our account. They welcome to suspend a line that does NOT EXIST! It's like giving a dead person an account for using their Telkom services in the grave!!! Ridiculous!!!! I would like to know which orifice Telkom would like me to plug my phone into?!
