Telkom's incompetence to serve customers

What a poor experience i had with this company, absolutely no customer service at all and when you finally get hold of a Telkom person they can help you or they wane tell you that you are lying about there own products. The persons supposed to help you do not even know the products they advertising online. If they do not phone you then there is no why in hell that you get hold of them, please stop advertising your **** all over the internet and then employee *********** persons to help the customers. I really hope someone reads this report and inform the Telkom management of this, so by the way i still have no feedback on the online queries because you not allowed to talk to management.
