Telkoms incompetence and ******* BLACKLISTING!!!

I cancelled my contract with you last year October 2019. I received a bill saying I have an outstanding payment which I've paid, there's been no contact, no phone calls nothing.

I've now been alerted that you have *******LY BLACKLISTED my name. Yes what you've done is *******!! You have not followed the necessary steps according to the NCA and you are causing me and my family harm and hardship especially during these times.

Regardless of having cancelled my account and ongoing fee charged, I paid those up and have proof that my outstanding balance was a big fat zero.

Telkom seriously needs to get their act f****** together!!! In the process of trying to buy a house that we're renting currently and now this!! You are going to put me and my kids out on the streets because of this damn unfair act of yours!!

Fix this! Urgently!! YOU NEED TO FIX THIS and clear my name!! What you've done is a serious offence!!
