Telkoms incompetence

After logging a call on the 21/12024 I still have no internet connection. I followed up last week and was told it was festive season they don't work.... I get a call back o there is a power fault at the tower they will call the council.... Today they can't follow up with the council as it is an ongoing case yet it will literally take the council 2 minutes to get to the site as this town is TINY doesn't even have a pep stores but once again Telkom has pathetic service
