Telkom's incompetence

Telkom is the worst internet provider, we had a lot of internet problems and decided to make a shift from telkom to Afrihost... canceld in feb stil got billed every month after and when you phone in ther is always a nother payment or cancellation fee. So we payd that as well and gess what im still getting bills from them 4 months later! Calld again today and yet again excuses and rude call center assistance. We get told we never cancelled. .....we canceled twise. .. today i lost it and yet again the rude sarcastic lady told me that i can not cancelle today cause there is a systems error and yet again i have to call back tomorrow! When i asked to speak to a manager non was given all of them was so conveniently busy. It seems that no matter how hard you try to cancel Telkom they keep on with hiden payments and excuses!
