Telkom’s horrible service and bills

Anything relating to Telkom is absolutely nonsense. You request a call back from an agent they take 7 business days to call you back. Their app is always down and totally useless making it hard to perform any self services. Of course I got doubled billed this month again, taking money from my account without authorisation, even after I’ve paid for my account. I tried to raise this matter, consults are hanging up the phone in my ear. Last month i received a called stating I don’t owe them anything extra now all of a sudden my bill has double again. They don’t even reply to these reviews because they just don’t care. I’ve had not but an absolute nightmare experience with them and I can’t wait for my contract to end so i terminate my time with them.
