Telkom's Horrible service

Hi My Name is Sanele Magubane I've been receiving terrible service from Telkom. A technician came to my place and checked all my connections and by his investigations determined that there was wiring problem from the exchange. I'm going on my third week without internet and i haven't been updated on my error or problem. i paid for my service and yet im without it for 3 weeks now.
