Telkoms horrible service

Telkom Mobile has been calling me for over two years offering me a deal. When I finally decide to take them up on their offer not only do I NOT get what I had agreed to, but their customer service agents will treat you as if they're doing you a favour when you call in for assistance. With these dreadful calls I KEEP making to these customer service agents my issue has still NOT been resolved.

This is horrible service Telkom really disgusting ?
