Telkom's Hellkom Strikes Again

Telkom... I am writing this to ensure that your average rating on Hello Peter becomes closer to 1. You don't respond to feedback and probably don't care either!!! I requested my LTE contract to be cancelled on 30 MARCH 2021 last week and. lo and behold, you shut down my LTE service today, 7 Feb 2021!!!! How naïve I was to think that you would simply carry out my request without a problem? Hellkom you've done it again. Thank goodness for fibre and the fact that I NEVER will need to engage with you again!!
