Telkoms got the worst service when canceling contracts

Telkom is the worst company to end a contract with. 3 months ago I went in store to cancel a contract that is on my name, but the telkom line is in my x husbands house. They told me to pay an amount to unblock the account that was suspended. And then they will cancel it. It never happened. Last month I went back and paid the account clear and I cancelled it once again instore. I received cancelation sms and email. Yet today I received a statement again with an even higher amount then the original contract. I refuse to pay that account as I did go in store twice to cancel it.
