Telkoms GOLDEN STAR!! Employee Warren Tuohy

<p>Hi everyone my name is JP Van Den Berg, I much like yourselves have had my ups and downs with Telkom but today no more.</p> <p> </p> <p>A Friend of mine recently referred me to a spectacular Telkom agent Warren Tuohy ,when I told him that I was planning on getting LTE with Telkom.</p> <p>Much to my surprise I contacted Warren and he immediately contacted me back and started assisting me with my enquiry.</p> <p>I Was told by another Telkom Agent (Name to be kept anonymous as this review is to appraise service not frown upon in) that I do not qualify for LTE because my house fell out of their coverage map. </p> <p> </p> <p>However this is where Warren came in, he told me that there is still hope as there might be signal even though I fall out of the charts range, he arranged a time to come to my house Personally and check the signal.</p> <p> </p> <p>The meeting was made and sure as can be he showed up earlier to make sure that traffic didn’t make him late, he tested my network signal and confirmed that I can get LTE, even sending me pictures of the signal that I would have after conducting multiple signal tests.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then sent my all the required forms to start me on my LTE journey.</p> <p> </p> <p> Anyone looking for good assistance ask for Warren Tuohy</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom Keep this man in your staff forever as he is a shining example of great customer service </p>
