Telkom's formalised ***** system

Telkom allowing the ********** use of my number which has been dormant for over 12 months after the contract came to an end. When you go to the brick mortar they refer you to the call centre. When you call Telkom you are put on hold for over 20 minutes before any consultant can attend to you. When they eventually take your call they refer to their webpage. Telkom has created a system that lets their ******* employees thrive by **********ly making use of our lines and knowing that their system does not even allow for any disputes or lodging of cases. It is a Telkom gangsters paradise. Clearly Telkom benefits from this system as all they have is send you a ridiculous bill for a service you did not use.

Good day Moenieb I have received another invoice from Telkom about usage from my number even after I requested it be blocked. I have logged several disputes and I keep getting case references but no feedback. I believe my next should be for me to open a ******** case as it clear as daylight that Telkom is *******ly making use of my number/name to generate illegitimate revenue. I have sent emails to your call centre agents and they also never respond. Telkom needs to stop this behaviour now.

It has been 20 days and yet still no word from Telkom after they promised to attend to my case. Typical. Time for a ******** case perhaps it will encourage them.
