Telkom's Finrite insurance a huge disappointment !!!!

I took out a cellphone contract with Telkom, who recommended Finrite as their insurance , which I took up upon Telkoms recommendation as I trusted Telkom. My phone got ****** on the 6th of June 2020. I sent all required docs to Finrite via Telkom in Cresta. Still no word from Finrite. Call centre agents drops my calls to them . I sent e mails and didnt get any responce to date. Telkom says that they wont get involved because Finrite is a third party,which I find strange as Telkom recommended Finrite to me. I would like the issue to be resolved asap as I need my phone for work. Telkom and Finrite are debiting my account every month for a phone which dont have. Why am I paying for a non existing insurance and a non existing phone?????
