Telkom's fibre line is pathetic, don't fall for the nice contract!

I recently had a fibre line installed, and Telkom called me with such nice offers. R799 with 10GB on which 10 devices could stream and all calls to landlines free.

When I take a reading it always says 2GB. I have difficulty working with three computers online at the same time. I am worse off than an ADSL line from Mweb with 4GB.

Now after a month of calling once a week, they tell me that I will have to pay R1345 to log a call and get someone out to look for the fault.

They conned me into taking a service that is worthless and now I have to pay them to find out why their service is pathetic.
