Telkom's false marketing

Warning people not to be fooled by telkom's false marketing. App**** to have my line moved to my new home. Consultant was very helpful and advised if I did the application online, that I would receive a cordless phone. Went through the online process which was such a pleasure and within no time had my new line installed. That was where the good service ended. After being sent from pillar to post to find out where I can collect my cordless phone, it's 4 months later and I'm still waiting. Call centre blames the walk in centres and vice versa.

I wonder if anyone has ever received there supposedly free phone. I think it's just a big **** to get people to use the online platform instead of overloading the walk in centres.
