Telkom’s failure to act on missing technician

I have never in my life seen such incompetence. Telkom employs contractors such as Openserve that has the ability to “repair” lines that after a 10 days is still not working. The neighbor reported a faulty line. After Openserve fixed his line our line was disconnected / damaged. Numerous calls were logged and eventually yesterday late afternoon a technician appeared out of nowhere. Due to poor visibility he promised to return this morning. According to the call centre he was at site at 12h57. We still have no connection!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous and phoning Telkom call centre is a waste of time....
