Telkom's failure!

My pocket router connection has been stopped for almost 2 to 3 weeks because of a false claim that I have missing payments whereas I don't. I've logged incidences and emailed my payment receipts but I haven't had replies from Telkom. I've received a letter of demand from them regarding "outstanding telecommunication account"
