Telkoms empty promises

After installation on Tuesday morning (21 January 2020) for fibre by Vumatel (Thanks to them for being on time and doing their part).

Telkom is yet to activate my account it's been 84 hours +, meaning in 3 and a half days my account hasn't been activated after multiple call agents promised 24-72 hours until completion.

I called again today (24 January 2020) @ 16:00 to follow up on the activation and was told it would be done within the next 2-3 hours and thus here I am because I'm sick and tired of ****py Telkom service and empty promises from call center agents who are not sure of time lines.

Looks like I will be cancelling the account and moving to a better network like vodacom, hopefully they are quicker and keep promises.
