Telkom's empty promised

Tell on refused to replace a 50m underground cable which was ****** and leave a whole neighbourhood without internet and telephone services. They did not even consider the businesses in our area of Tuscany glen, another reason why business in our area will never flourish. The cable theft happened again after Telkom neglected to safeguard their cable as they promised to do and allowed it to happen three times in a row. They now wants to blame the community for not protecting their asset. Shame on you Telkom.
