Telkoms empty and expensive promises

If I could give less I would. For a service provider, you never answer your phones, never answer call backs and your branches don't know what they doing (menlyn - next to food *****s)

We signed up for a special that was running where one gets a phone and a smart watch. Both my partner and I signed up for this and she got her phone and watch on the day. They didn't have stock for my watch and said they would order and call us. It is now 3 months down the line, still nothing... I went to branch after the 3 weeks as I was told to and they didn't even place an order!!!! All they said is that they would call, I'm still waiting and no one has phoned no one answers the phone when you try contact them and ask what is going on. Now I am paying for something I don't even have, first debit order went off this month.
