Telkom's email servers down - again

I have been a Telkom customer for years and have a fibre connection and Telkom email address. However, it seems that Telkom cannot find a way to provide a continuously accessible email service without its mail servers frequently failing such that although one's log in details are correct they are refused by the Telkom mail servers as happened to me today. As we all know when this happens one dials 10210 and waits perhaps for 20 minutes or more for someone at Telkom sitting in front of a prompt sheet to answer the call. If Telkom seriously think this is acceptable customer service they are seriously misleading themselves and need to wake up. In my case I couldn't even log in to Telkom's "Do Messaging" email portal for the same reason - their servers failing to accept correct log in data from the client. No wonder South Africa is in such a mess, that 1000s of its citizens are leaving the country by the truck load. It's bad enough having to put up with ******* and inefficient government officials, useless Eskom management wanting higher and higher electricity tariffs, and SAA asking for millions of our money every year to bale them out. Is Telkom now to be included in this growing category of dysfunctional organizations because it cannot even keep its mail servers running efficiently and reliably for more than a week at a time??????
