Telkom's dismal customer care

Telkom's customer is disgusting. They hound you to purchase their product, then once you do, and you discover you in fact don't have coverage for it (after being told you do), they're nowhere to be found. I've spent hours (combined) on hold trying to get assistance to no avail, not all of us have the time to go in-store for something that could easily be done over the phone, after all I never went in-store to purchase their sh*tty product.
