Telkom's Disgusting Service

I wish I could rate Telkom with a minus figure. I have been with Telkom for over 5 years and the service gets worst every year. every year I do an upgrade its more disgusting and the service i get is shocking. I work for telecommunication I know the service I'm getting is unacceptable. 1stly i calculate my early upgrade fee and it was so completely incorrect from what I was advised and what I'm getting charged. I took the Samsung s20 deal for my husband who works from home and the deal came with wireless earphones since this phone does not have an aux input, they did not give me the wireless earphones and they did not advise that it was not available at point of sale. my husband uses his phone for work and has struggled to speak to his boss and clients. I went back to the store in UMHLANGA the next day and the service I got was shocking. they could not help me, they could not take responsibility or give me any information as they are from a different branch filling in. they took my number and never called- ive always paid my bills on time and took 3 contracts with Telkom, ive been a customer paying alot for over 5 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. i called the call centre and another dead end with no help.

i will not be leaving this!!!!!!!!!!
