Telkom's disgusting service.

They deserve no star ratings at all. My land line has been suspended. I have had a dispute with them since the beginning of the year when I changed Options and faster internet service. According to my records they owe me money. I have spoken to many Consultants (when your call is eventually answered) and they all tell me I have a Dispute Logged. My landline was suspended yesterday 4 December 2018. Due date 5 December 2018. I paid by EFT. I have spent so much time and energy to get someone to help me on my Cell phone that I need help.
