Telkoms Disgusting incompetence and *****ulence

I refuse to understand that telkom can offer you a contract online and fail to cancel it as easily as thet make you sign up for it. Telkom sent me a defective product of which when reported i was requested to send back which i did. Was told to call in and cancel which i did but to my surprise the contract is still active 8 months down the line and im being charged for each and every single month. I have been taken from one consultant to another, one case number to the next foe four months now and nothing is resolved. How does a huge reputable company fail at such minor issues??? UTTER INCOMPETENCE! IM REALLY SICK OF HAVING TO CONTACT THEM AND STILL NOTHING GETS DONE. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT CONSUMERS???
