Telkom's disgusting customer service!!!!

Last year Telkom allowed ********** to open 2 contract in my name. These ********* successfully got 2 P20s. After months of ****py customer service the contracts finally got cancelled. Unfortunately the insurance on the devices were not cancelled and Telkom is still charging me till this day! I have called and been into the Telkom stores in millions of times but the *********** consultants have done nothing. I am really sick and tired of this mess and I will never use Telkom again.
