Telkom's disgusting behaviouur

This is the most disgraceful company on the planet. I had a coffee shop that burnt down in the Tokai fires and requested cancellation of the line and have emails but now they threaten me with legal action due to non payment. They catch you out on so many procedures they require to cancel an account and you never get anywhere. They just threaten and abuse customers as they are not interested in the small guy they will just bully and walk over you. This is a disgrace and I will never market or use them again.
