Telkom's dealings are dishonourable.

Telkom sold me an internet package that I could only access via a dedicated Telkom tower. Telkom cancelled the contract because I did not receive the data I paid for because there is no Telkom only coverage in this area. This was a year ago. Despite reference numbers, call outs and confirmations by email, Telkom continue to debit my account monthly. Yes, they promise to call you when you approach a branch directly - its a lie - they never do. Telkom now owe me thousands of rands. When they access your account and the debit order is unsuccessful they keep trying until the debit order goes through by changing the amount. It is ****************. I also see I am not the only one.
