Telkoms daylight *******.

I canceled my LTE internet account with Telkom on the 10th July 2024 and was told that my last bill for the service would be on the 1st August 2024 (30day notice). Telkom has continued to attempt to debit my account (which I reversed) in September and October and now, midway through October they have added a R202.70 rejection fee to the account. When i phone to correct the error, the service agent generally drops the call mid conversation.
