Telkoms customer services are hopeless.Requested a line move.

Hello to whom it may concern,

I'm am absolutely disgusted and livid at Telkom customer services, I requested for a line move on the 12 of August 2021,till date the line hasn't been moved as yet.I called almost everyday and every agent gave me a different story and nobody seem to be able to move this line and they seem to not know what they are doing or saying,most of them are so *********** 😠😠😠Initially a stupid agent captured the old address as a move address which a technician went to the wrong site,I did speak to the technican and directed him to the new address however he was unable to do anything because the incorrect address was captured by an *********** agent😠😠😠

I emailed Telkom aswell,till date no feedback from them at all,this is really frustrating.
