Telkoms customer service sucks bells

Firstly I must say I don't think it's right to give them 1 star but they don't listen to their customers. I am a telkom customer for about 8+ years recently I have been flooded with calls from a call centre in Cape Town and these guys just don't stop I mean like *** I have asked them on numerous occasions to please stop calling and if I need something I will contact them but to no avail. Today I snapped and I am not happy with myself or the fact that I have asked these people not to call me anymore but I have made my decision. Thanks Telkom for 8+ years but enough is enough I rather pay a bit extra by the other service providers but they listen when I talk. Now comes the pain of cancelling all my contracts with you and moving over to another service provider. 😭 Time for the dreaded runaround from telkom customer service 😠😠😠
