Telkom's customer service sucks!

Telkom's customer service sucks! I reported a landline fault at a Telkom store in George. No reaction! Telkom George no longer has a telephone number - all calls are routed to a national number - the National Number is non-responsive! I cannot find any other way of reporting a fault with my landline. No service whatsoever in Oudtshoorn! Considering cancelling my subscription ...
